The Woman Behind the Lens…

Hi, I'm Ashley! I'm a photographer currently based in San Francisco, California. The first memory of when people would ask what I wanted to be when I grew up, I remember saying "a National Geographic Photographer". Even though I was enthusiastically creative, I didn't pick up a camera until my late 20s. Self-taught, I dove into photography by being outdoors and on-location. An avid hiker and traveler, my goal has always been to capture the essence of a moment. And, at the end of the day, that is what Ashley Grems Photography is all about; conveying the beauty of what I see in photos.
